Dinse manufacture high quality manual MIG torches with a range of designs and ratings. Torches with integrated PUSH_PULL wire feed at the head are ideal where thin or soft wire is used.
Gas-cooled torches are available with ratings up to 300A at 60% duty cycle for 0.8-1.2mm wire. Dinse's design uses a separate gas hose to deliver the shield gas to the neck, eliminating any gas losses from leakage back through the wire feeder.
Water-cooled torches are available with ratings up to 550A at 60% duty cycle for up to 2.0mm wire. A dual water circuit option can provide cooling for both the tip and the gas nozzle.

Local fume extraction can be provided either with an external auxilliary nozzle or integrated in the torch body. The integrated extraction torches are rated to 300A/60% for gas-cooled and 350A/60% for water cooled. Alternatively, Olympus can supply independent fume extraction systems from Kemper.
