Torch head interface - torch heads are replaced simply and quickly with optimal TCP reproducibility.
The Dinse REVO.torch is specially designed for robots with integrated welding cable. The torch head interface mounts directly to the end of the robot and allows unlimited rotation of the torch head.
The torch head interface includes a rotary coupling for transferring welding current, shielding gas and compressed air to the torch head. It also incorporates crash protection which allows the torch to deflect up to 15°.
The torch head uses the familiar Dinse interface making it easy to change with optimal reproducibility of the TCP.
The hose package and wire feed equipment is also available from Dinse.
