Dinse Advanced Welding Systems

Dinse have combined established components and technologies with innovative designs to develop systems for advanced automated welding. Click on the pictures or headings below to find out more.

Laser welding

Laser welding

Dinse wire feed technology is used to supply filler wire with the precision required for laser welding. Options include cold wire, hot wire or hybrid MIG/Laser welding.

REVO.torch

Dinse REVO.torch

For robots with integrated welding cable, Dinse has designed the REVO.torch with all the features of Dinse's standard MIG systems on a rotary coupling.

The rotary coupling provides unlimited torch rotation without any twisting or tangling of cables.

Flat wire MIG welding

Flat wire MIG welding

The standard round wire is replaced with a flat ribbon type wire which produces higher weld deposition rates and better bridging of gaps.

Weld speeds almost 4 times faster than standard MIG welding are achievable.

'Cold' MIG welding

'Cold' MIG welding

The PUSH-PUSH wire feed system is pulsed to give a brief periodic wire reverse. This improves drop transfer and therefore allows for cooler, lower current welding or brazing of thin materials.

The lower temperature results in less distortion and less spatter.

Plasma welding

Plasma welding

The sharpness of a plasma arc and the precision of a Dinse PUSH-PUSH wire feed system are combined in an ultra-compact package for highly accurate welding and brazing.

The plasma arc concentrates the energy into a narrow arc leading to less power and less heat input.
