The Dinse modular design allows for any torch head to be put with any hose package and the inclusion of a drive motor at the torch head for PUSH-PUSH or PUSH-PULL wire feed.

2 variants of gas-cooled torch are available with three different neck angles. Both variants are rated to 350A for CO2 and 300A for mixed gas at 100% duty cycle. Both variants take 0.8-1.2mm wire. Dinse's design uses a separate gas hose to deliver the shield gas to the neck, eliminating any gas losses from leakage back through the wire feeder.

4 variants of water-cooled torch are available with three different neck angles - 0°, 22° & 45°. Power ratings range from 350A to 550A for CO2 and 300A to 500A for mixed gas at 100% duty cycle. Wire diameters from 0.8mm up to 2.0mm can be used. Dinse's design uses double-circuit water cooling, providing parallel cooling of both contact tip and gas nozzle, as well as the neck itself.

Dinse supplies all the parts you need for mounting the torch to your robot including fixed or adjustable brackets, shock sensors for collision detection, a flange adaptor based on the robot type and a tool change system for using more than one torch on the same robot,e.g. TIG as well as MIG.
