The Dinse REVO.torch is specially designed for robots with integrated welding cable. The torch head interface mounts directly to the end of the robot and allows unlimited rotation of the torch head.
The torch head interface includes a rotary coupling for transferring welding current, shielding gas, cooling gas or water and compressed air to the torch head. It also incorporates crash protection which allows the torch to deflect up to 15°.
The torch head uses the familiar Dinse interface making it easy to change with optimal reproducibility of the TCP.
Torch neck options include the standard 0°, 22° and 45°necks plus a 30° swan neck option. Water cooled torches are available with current ratings up to 550A and gas cooled up to 350A.
