The Dinse modular design allows for any torch head to be put with any hose package and the inclusion of a drive motor at the torch head for PUSH-PUSH or PUSH-PULL wire feed.

TIG torch heads are available with or without cold wire feed with a duty cycle of 400A / 100% duty cycle for electrode diameters of 1.6 - 4.8mm. Options are available for positioning of the torch in line with the robot axis or at 30° or 60°.

Dinse supplies all the parts you need for mounting the torch to your robot including fixed or adjustable brackets, shock sensors for collision detection, a flange adaptor based on the robot type and a tool change system for using more than one torch on the same robot, e.g. MIG as well as TIG.
