Manual Welding & Cutting

At Olympus we aim to supply high quality manual welding equipment which will be robust and durable in industrial environments. Our Olympus MIG welding machines use copper wound transformers and offer very good duty cycles. Single phase machines are available with ranges up to 300A and three phase up to 500A.

Dinse's manual MIG torches are available with ratings up to 300A at 60% duty cycle for gas cooled variants and 550A at 60% duty cycle for water cooled variants. Options are also available with external or integrated fume extraction and with PUSH-PULL wire feed.

Ess MIG and TIG machines use inverter technology for increased flexibility and programmability, and making them very compact and portable. They are available with a range of options including gas-cooled and water-cooled, separate or integral wire feed, Synergic and Pulse Synergic MIG welding, and DC, AC and High speed pulse TIG welding.

Kjellberg Plasma cutting machines are available from portable 35A machines with a 10mm cutting capability up to heavy duty high definition machines capable of cutting through 150mm steel and offering quality cuts through steel up to 110mm thick.
