Olympus is the UK agent for HKS Weld Monitoring Systems. HKS manufacture a range of equipment for monitoring and analysis of welding processes.
WeldQAS is a quality control / assurance system for welding production lines. Welding parameters are continuously monitored and compared against preset tolerances. If any parameter falls outside its tolerance, the WeldQAS can feed this back to the user or automation system.
WeldScanner is a simple, portable system for datalogging of welding parameters. It can also be used as a digital oscilloscope or calibration device.
WeldAnalyst has been designed as a diagostic system for welding specialists, allowing for detailed analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the welding process.
A range of process sensors are available for use with all HKS systems and with all welding technologies. These include sensors for welding current, voltage, wire feed, gas flow, temperature, welding speed and distance.
