HKS units can be used with a wide range of process sensors for all welding technologies including MIG, TIG, plasma and submerged arc welding, stud welding and resistance welding.
These include sensors for welding current, voltage, wire feed, gas flow, temperature, welding speed and distance. HKS sensors can be custom calibrated to suit particular applications. HKS units also include generic analogue input ports for application specific sensors which are not accomodated within the standard HKS range.
More advanced options include a thermal profile scanner and a high speed video camera capable of recording 100,000 frames per second and being 100% synchronised with other sensors.
