WeldScanner - datalogger, oscilloscope & calibration device

WeldScanner is a simple, portable system for datalogging of welding parameters. It can also be used as a digital oscilloscope or calibration device.

The WeldScanner can store up to 64 hours of welding process and can take up to 3200 samples per second in oscilloscope mode. Data can be exported via USB stick for offline storing and analysis or printed via a USB printer.

As an additional option, WeldScanner can be used as a calibration device for calibrating other welding equipment. It includes the facility to print calibration certificates.

A range of process sensors are available for use with WeldScanner for all welding technologies including MIG, TIG, plasma and submerged arc welding, stud welding and resistance welding. These include sensors for welding current, voltage, wire feed, gas flow, temperature, welding speed and distance.
