The Ess range of welding machines offer more advanced welding control than traditional welding machines, which makes them ideal for robotic or automatic welding. These features also make Ess sets easier to use for inexperienced manual welders.

Ess manufacture a wide range of MIG power sources including conventional power sources, compact portable inverters and heavy duty inverters with pulse welding capability. Most product families include a range of wire feed options, including integral, separate and robot mounting wire feeders. Bolt-on water coolers are available for higher power machines. Optional automation interfaces can be fitted for robotic or automatic welding.

Because of their robust construction, all Ess TIG power sources are suitable for high-quality welding jobs in continuous welding applications. The range includes both DC and AC welding units, air-cooled or water-cooled, portable or on heavy duty wheeled units. Advanced features such as high-speed pulse are also available - providing a more focused arc. Optional automation interfaces can be fitted for robotic or automatic welding.

Ess welding turntables are available for payloads up to 120kg and can be supplied with proprietary controllers to integrate with welding equipment for manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic welding.
