Powder plasma arc welding (PPAW)
The Ess plasma box is an economic solution for plasma welding. It is designed to work with a standard TIG inverter. The plasma box controls the pilot arc and the plasma gas and shield gas flows. Two variants are available - the EP20 for DC plasma welding and EP21 for AC/DC plasma welding.
Ion powder plasma system incorporate powder feed into the shield gas flow as an alternative to wire feed. The Ion Lite has an integral power source for plasma welding up to 200A. The Ion Midi is designed to work with a standard TIG inverter for higher power plasma welding.
We can also supply plasma welding torches with integral precision wire feed.
