Ess welding turntables are ideal for manual, semi-automatic and automatic welding. Each variant has three different gearing options offering a wide range of speeds. The turntables can be optionally supplied with proprietary controllers which can be used for complete welding automation. Olympus also supplies welding power sources, torches and complete automatic welding solutions.

Turntable features:
- Robust construction.
- Enclosed housing to protect operating components from spatter and dirt (DTH 75 & DTH 120 only).
- Manually tilting faceplate.
- Hollow shaft (DTH 75 & DTH 120 only).
- Purge gas connection (DTH 75 & DTH 120 only).
- Tall version of DTH 120 available for direct floor mounting.
PS3 controller features:
- Speed control.
- Clockwise / anticlockwise rotation selection.
- Foot pedal switch included for start/stop.
PS8 controller features:
- Speed control.
- Clockwise / anticlockwise rotation selection.
- Automatic start of welding power source.
- Adjustable delay for turntable start.
- Sockets for control of welding start and cold wire feed.
- Remote control available for main start/stop and speed control.
- Cam switch kit available for setting start position, stitch or partial welding, overlapping, end crater fill and automatic return to start.
For robot welding applications we can supply fully integrated turntables and a range of other additional axes for part manipulation with payloads up to 12 tonnes.
