Olympus can supply robots, and complete assembly line solutions for production line assembly, including bowl feeders & component feed systems, conveyors, and vision systems for part location and checking. A wide range of mechanical, vacuum and magnetic grippers can be supplied - we will design a gripper to suit the application.
Reis robots are available with payloads up to 600kg. Articulating robots are available for assembly of complex 3 dimensional parts whilst linear (cartesian) robots are ideal for pick and place type assembly, particularly where very large working areas need to be covered.
Reis robot software includes many special built in functions for workpiece handling, including functions to optimise robot movement according to payload - minimising cycle time and robot wear and tear. Robots can be networked to one another via ethernet to work together on assembly tasks.
