Reis equipment is mechanically and electrically robust, designed for heavy industrial environments. Robots are available for payloads up to 600kg.
Reis robot software includes many special built in functions for workpiece handling, including functions to optimise robot movement according to payload - minimising cycle time and robot wear and tear.
Large production lines can be serviced with Reis linear (cartesian) robots. Advanced safety control makes it possible to perform maintenance and service work on parts of the line whilst other parts continue in automatic operation.
Reis also manufacture trim presses for trimming die cast parts and tryout/spotting presses for use in die manufacture.
