Olympus can supply robots to perform various machining operations, including trimming and deburring. One robot tool head may consist of two or three different tools on different faces, which the robot can orientate for different operations. With the addition of a gripper to the head, the robot could also load and unload the parts being machined.
Alternatively, a robot can be used to hold and manipulate a part whilst it is being machined at fixed position machining stations. We seek to find the most practical solution for your application.
Reis robots can be programmed to trace complex three dimensional paths with extreme precision and repeatability at high but controlled speed - offering flexibility, efficiency and reliability.
