Olympus can supply Reis trim presses either as standalone installations or as part of a complete, automated casting, trimming and machining cell.
Bed sizes range from 820 x 700mm to 2240 x 1800mm. The rigid trim press frames and low-play column guidance ensure precise cuts and extended die life.
Secondary operations such as drilling, sawing and tapping can be integrated into the trim tool, all controlled by the trim press control system.
The trim presses can be manually or robot loaded. The presses are accessible from all sides and have all the necessary communication interfaces for robots and peripheral equipment.
Trim presses are available with a sliding/tilting table, enabling easier scrap removal, die cleaning and tool change.
Reis also have a range of tryout/spotting presses for use in die or mould making.
