If your welding process involves adding material, it is important to have reliable equipment for delivering that material (in most cases as a wire) to the end of the welding arc, at a constant rate.
Whether you are welding with MIG, TIG, laser or plasma, Dinse's wire feed systems ensure constant wire feed rate and tension over long distances.
PUSH-PUSH operation uses a torque controlled motor mounted to the robot arm or on the floor to feed wire 'on demand' and an rpm controlled motor at the torch head to provide a constant wire feed rate where it's needed, independent of torsion and bending. This is particularly critical when feeding thin or soft wires.
PUSH-PULL operation links the remote wire feeder and the drive in the torch head together so that the feed wire is kept under constant tension throughout the system. This ensures a constant feed rate over long distances when feeding wires with large cross-sections such as flat wire.
