DINSE Robotic Welding

Robots love DINSE welding systems. Offering speed, efficiency and precision, DINSE welding systems for MIG/MAG and TIG perform welding processes with consistently high quality with significantly longer service life.
Mig-Mag Welding
Transferring heat and current perfectly: This is what DINSE systems do, especially in automated MIG-MAG welding. In addition to the raw materials used, the reasons include the intelligently guided cooling media. This simultaneously improves the longevity of the wear parts and the accuracy of the tool centre point (TCP) to a top level - even at high duty cycles.
Change the gas nozzle in a hurry? The robust trapezoidal thread makes it super easy for you. Screw the nozzle on and off with just 1.5 to 2 turns - significantly faster compared to normal threads.

TIG welding
TIG welding can be this effective: The DINSE sets have a screwable electrode on the gun head. It can be excellently cooled and enables a reproducible TCP. The gun holders are not only characterized by high mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, low weight and very good corrosion resistance. Due to their different lengths and angles, they are also suitable for different TCP.

Quality is our routine: The DINSE standard torch head for automated welding has all the top features of our systems and welds with up to 450 amperes at 100 percent duty cycle.

Efficient and flexible: The DINSE torch head scores with a reproducible TCP as well as 400 amperes of welding power at 100 percent duty cycle. Also available in a separable version (e.g. the product shown).

54-Series Standard Torch Heads

Ready for evolution: The latest DINSE automatic torch generation has once again improved in many areas - from TCP accuracy to cooling and cost savings. In the process, the DIX METZ 74-series achieves a welding performance of up to 550 amperes and the -79-series up to 400 amperes, both at 100 percent duty cycle.

DIX METZ 74xx/79xx Automatic Torches

  • Torch necks in 9 different lengths and bending angles
  • All models and wear parts directly available from stock
  • Reduced cost compared to special solution
  • Maximum flexibility when welding complex geometries

The Fantastic Eight Torches

Advantages of DINSE Robotic Welding

Dual-circuit liquid cooling - The cooling medium flows through the entire length of the welding gun in annular channels. It thus cools the contact tip and gas nozzle particularly efficiently. The result: significantly longer service life and maximum productivity for longer welding with up to 550 amperes.
Efficient gas routing - The end to gas losses: All DINSE torch sets include a separate shielding gas guide with recessed contact tip - for optimum gas coverage.
Effective gas cooling - The gas flows in cascade through annularly arranged longitudinal channels over numerous transverse ribs to the contact tip. This intelligent design enables excellent cooling and maximum duty cycle for welding operations with up to 350 amperes.
Modular design - DINSE welding torch components can be flexibly combined. This means that you always receive torches that are optimally matched to the respective welding task.
